Training (Session 21) Aerial pass & volley
Objective:
-Player will be able to make aerial short pass and long pass in game situation
-Player will be able to kick simple volley in game situation
Warm up: Dynamic drill movement , can include static stretching exercises (Make muscle and body system ready to make activity, increase heart rate, prevent injury)
(Conditioning) : Interval run, do Fartlek run
Technical: -Mastery ball doing short aerial pass then long aerial pass follow by short volley and long volley. (Coach can set the distance depend on player ability)
- Make short aerial pass and long aerial pass to friend then do diagonal run (friend will set airball, running to the ball and do volley kick to the goal.
Game situation: 3 vs 3 use aerial pass on penalty box then try to score. (Attacker must not flat position when buid up attack), (Defender must make 1 on 1 check on attacker). Do volley kick if have a chance.
Specific game: 3 vs 3 (plus 3 defender back up attacker to attack) (Occur on middle third of field)
